Billing & Refund
Refunds are allowed only if requested within 24 hours of payment and if an issue cannot be resolved promptly. Payments are automatically charged via PayPal. If you do not wish to continue, please cancel the subscription on your end. We do not process cancellations ourselves.
Account Suspension
We use advanced algorithms to monitor account sharing and spam activities. Suspicious activity may result in a permanent ban without a refund. Counter-reviews can be requested via live chat and may take 2–3 days to complete.
Important Notice
Each account is limited to one ISP/IP (dynamic IPs allowed). VPNs and RDPs are prohibited. Violations may lead to a permanent ban. Counter-reviews for mistaken bans can take 3–4 days.
Services & Uptime
We reserve the right to change service prices or validity at any time. Minor downtimes may occur. If tools reach their limit, users may need to wait for refills.
